Here are some pictures from Ms. Nichols' 5th grade classroom as they learned about the transfer of energy in an ocean ecosystem. The sand was passed from one student to another. At the end, the students could see from the control cup, that energy was lost during the transfer.

The athletic department has added a JV football game to the sports schedule. The game will be Monday October 15th at 4:30PM and played here in Macy. For the first time in 45 years the Flandreau Indians will battle the Omaha Nation Chiefs on the football field! Go Chiefs!
