This week’s class activity report is on Mrs. Lovejoy’s class. She teaches fourth and fifth grade reading. Her main focus is teaching Guided Reading. The kids enjoy being read to. They just finished reading The Middle Five, and every fifth grade student was actively engaged in the read aloud. Mrs. Lovejoy’s message to parents is to encourage reading at home and allow time to read to their children everyday.
